Our services go way beyond just personal training. When you hire us, it’s like hiring 8 practitioners at once. We take a holistic training approach, which focuses on addressing the root causes that prevent you from reaching your physique goals. Many of our clients are happy to hear they may not have to physically workout as hard as they thought when they eat clean, sleep well, and manage stress. We have just made an exciting move to an upscale gym located in West Los Angeles. Our new gym is perfect for clients looking to lose fat and tone and shape their body and utilize a variety of options. This spectacular facility offers the following amenities:

The membership fee is separate from the personal training fee. The membership fee is $60 a month (a 40% discount for our clients). You can pay month to month – no contracts and you can cancel the membership whenever you like.

FULL SESSIONS
Single session $140
10-session package $110 per session
20-session package $100 per session

HALF SESSIONS
Single session $110
10-session package $85 per session
20-session package $80 per session
The prices above do not include the nutritional session and the full evaluation which is $180. The half sessions are 30 minutes but do not include the warm up or the cool down. The warm up is 15 minutes and the cool down is 5 minutes. So new clients should plan for 50 minutes of exercise. The warm up is usually done on the treadmill walking slow at about 3.5mph.
PARTNER SESSIONS

STARTER PACKAGE

Price $500 The Starter Package includes 3 workout sessions and one nutritional session. This package is good for the “do it yourself type” or the person that does not have the funds available for hiring a consistent long-term personal trainer.

IN-HOME TRAINING SESSIONS

The rates for “In-Home” training sessions will vary dependent upon your location. We provide in-home training in the Los Angeles area which include: Venice, Santa Monica, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Marina Del Rey, Century City, Culver City, Mar Vista, Palms, Malibu, hollywood area, downtown Los Angeles, Bel Air, Sherman Oaks and Beverly Hills.  In-home rates vary from $165 to $200 a session.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates for family or friends are available for the Start-Up Package.

NUTRITION AND HOLISTIC LIFE COACHING PHONE CONSULTATIONS

The first session is an hour and fifteen minutes covering medical history, goal setting, grocery list, meal plans, hormone optimization, stress management, and much more.  The cost of this session is $175. Follow up sessions are $75. Usually most clients need 2 to 3 sessions to get them started. Phone consultations include advice on strength training, diet, nutrition, lab testing and supplementation. We will personally help you achieve your goals by providing a customize training program and a meal plan.
