Our services go way beyond just personal training.

My training style is unique in several ways. Unlike conventional personal training that solely focuses on physical workouts, I take a holistic approach to training by addressing not only the physical aspect of fitness but also focus on the core issues that may impede clients’ progress, such as clean eating, quality sleep, and stress management. This comprehensive approach sets me apart from other trainers who may solely focus on exercise routines.

By utilizing a holistic approach to fitness, understanding a person’s goals and taking into account lifestyle factors, roadblocks and obstacles, my training program provides a comprehensive solution for achieving weight loss and improving overall health.

A holistic training program, provides numerous benefits beyond just physical fitness. Factors such as proper breathing, nutrition, quality sleep, ergonomics, healthy thinking, stress management, lab testing and supplementation are essential components of a healthy lifestyle and can greatly contribute to achieving health goals. For example, clean eating provides the necessary nutrients for optimal performance and muscle growth, while quality sleep allows for proper recovery and hormone regulation. Additionally, stress management techniques can help reduce the negative impact of chronic stress on the body, leading to improved overall well-being.

Also, If you’re not interested in working out at a gym, I do offer park training.  Fresh air and a natural environment is conducive to health and wellness.  Currently I am training clients at Rancho Park in Cheviot Hills.

The membership fee is separate from the personal training fee. The membership fee is $70 a month (a 40% discount for our clients). You can pay month to month – no contracts and you can cancel the membership whenever you like.

PERSONAL TRAINING PRICING PACKAGES

All packages are lump sum pricing, payment is due at the first session of training.  For example, the 10 session package is $130 per session or $1300 for the training package.  Essentially, the bigger the package, the less expensive it is per session.  Also, all sessions are 45 minutes long, with previously performing a 15 minute warm-up.  Clients should plan for 60 minutes of exercise.

IN-HOME TRAINING SESSIONS

The rates for “In-Home” training sessions will vary dependent upon your location ranging from $150 per hour up to $225 per hour (commute time is included in price). We provide in-home training in the Los Angeles area which include: Venice, Santa Monica, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Marina Del Rey, Century City, Culver City, Mar Vista, Palms, Malibu, Hollywood area, downtown Los Angeles, Bel Air, Sherman Oaks and Beverly Hills.

ONLINE TRAINING AND NUTRITION PROGRAM: 8 WEEK HEALTH AND BODY MAKEOVER

This program is for clients that don’t live in Los Angeles and would like to make a dramatic positive change to their health and body.  It is a complete makeover to your life and lifestyle.

$699 – 8-week program which will cover nutrition, supplements, lab testing, exercise and holistic lifestyle coaching.  This package includes 8 phone consultations.  Benefits include:
