Online Personal Training Program Overview

week 1

Session 1 hour and 15 minutes.  This session will focus on your grocery list, meal planning, cooking, food quality, the science of weight loss and body sculpting, discussing how to have a healthy relationship with food, your current measurements and goal setting, sleep and stress coaching and hormonal optimization.

week 2

Session – 30 minutes.  Go over meal plan and food journal, discuss exercise training, stress levels, sleep and go over your measurements.

week 3

Session – 30 minutes.  Go over meal plan and discuss exercise training and begin a review of the following:

  • Online personal trainer | Shawn Phillips Personal Trainer Los Angeles, Santa MonicaHormonal Panel (optional) – Looking at various hormones such as cortisol, testosterone and others which will reflect your overall health.
  • Transit Time test – Review the health of your digestive and elimination system.
  • pH Level – Discuss the importance of pH and how it affects fat loss, sleep, energy and muscle building capacity.
  • Vitamin C Flush – An important test to measure your toxic load.

week 4

Session – 30 minutes.  Go over meal plan and discuss exercise training.

week 5
