I was living the high-stakes life of a financial advisor at Smith Barney, after graduating with honors from UCLA in Economics and Philosophy. I even modeled for Ford Modeling Agency and worked as an institutional broker at Merrill Lynch. But behind the success, my health was crumbling. Severe fatigue, insomnia, and lethargy took over, leading to diagnoses of adrenal dysfunction, chronic fatigue syndrome, and eventually Lyme Disease.

It was a wake-up call. During my recovery, I immersed myself in books on nutrition, supplements, spirituality, and bodybuilding. I discovered that true health isn’t just about hitting the gym—it’s about healing from the inside out. This realization sparked my passion for fitness, and I made the bold decision to leave finance behind. Why?
