Step 2: Your 60-Minute In-Person Session
Assessments are conducted in person in the Los Angeles area. Shawn works with clients at a
gym, outdoor location, or in-home setting depending on your preference and program type.Wear comfortable workout clothing and bring water. No preparation is required.
Step 3: Receive Your Strategy Report
Following your session, Shawn prepares your personalized Holistic Body Strategy Report and reviews it with you. You will leave with a clear picture of your current status and a concrete pathforward.
