Body Measurements

Shawn takes precise circumference measurements: waist, hips, chest, arms, and thighs. Think of it this way: a seamstress does not measure your health with a body fat scale. He measures how your body actually fits into clothing. That is exactly how Shawn tracks your progress, and it is far more meaningful than a number on a screen. Many trainers rely on body fat scales, DEXA scans, or InBody devices. Here is the truth about those tools:
