While privacy limits the number of images we can share, my clients consistently lose 20 pounds of fat and 4 inches off their waist circumference in 10 weeks on average, while gaining about 1.5 to 2 pounds of muscle per month—or up to 130 pounds of fat and 16 inches off their waist circumference in a year for much heavier clients—through sustainable lifestyle shifts.
