My Personal 5-Week Transformation: Proof It Works
To walk the talk, I put myself through this challenge while gearing up for the LA soccer league. Starting at 192 pounds (a bit heavy for my 6-foot frame and soccer demands), my goal was to hit 180-183 pounds by shedding fat without losing muscle. With a focused diet, targeted training, and key supplements, I dropped to about 10% body fat—from an initial 14%—while actually increasing my lifting numbers. That means I gained muscle along the way!
